the history:
A file is dcc sent from EPIC4.1.0 to a mIRC client. For some
reason it is interupted... then /dcc sent again and mIRC resumed
(evil, I know :>). The file was deleted unfortunately so I can
not examine it (mp3). I do not know if it can be reproduced.
