Ok. Kev helped me out and gave me some scripts and directions for using
them, and I have got a new mailing list set up that automatically posts
diffs for any changes to the cvs stuff.
The list is a mailman list, and the name is "cvs-all", and you can visit
http://epicsol.org/mailman/listinfo/cvs-all
for instructions on how to subscribe. The list should be considered
potentially high traffic and may contain a lot of very long posts from
time to time. Please don't subscribe unless you're sure you want to
put up with it.

Please consider not subscribing to the list from your epicsol accounts,
unless you forward your epicsol mail offsite, and instead reading the
