I'm afraid I don't know. Some kinda PC or something.

$uname -a
Linux vampire 2.4.7-10 #1 Thu Sep 6 16:46:36 EDT 2001 i686 unknown

I think epic was installed as an .rpm, but if you want compiler...
$gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/2.96/specs
gcc version 2.96 20000731 (Red Hat Linux 7.1 2.96-98)

LiCe v4.2.0

My .ircrc included:

j themasqeurade
c sntl 2
t La Masquerade Infernale

It's important that I tried to join a channel this way. Read ahead.
This error occurs _every_time_ when I try to execute epic with those
commands in my .ircrc.
I've just run a test... This bug does NOT appear when epic is run
_without_ LiCe. So maybe I should send this bug form to SrfRoG?

Panic: [EPIC4-1.1.1:There are no windows for this server, and there should
        be.]
Call stack
[ 1] join themasqeurade
[ 0] j themasqeurade
End of call stack
