Because several lice users have spoken up about epic4-1.1.7 breaking
lice, and because I know that srfrog has more important things to do
right now, I have modified the "lice.binds" file that comes with lice
to be compatable with epic4-1.1.7.

Your 'lice.binds' file should be found in ~/.irc/lice/lice.binds.
Just overwrite your existing file with this new file and you're good to go.
