Request for discussion: /set auto_unmark_away

The behavior of the auto_unmark_away /set is currently at odds with its
documentation, however, it isn't clear what the best way to handle
auto_unmark_away is, and it was suggested by hop that I bring it up on
the list for discussion before any changes were made.

The documentation says that the send_line keybinding triggers
auto_unmark_away.

The actual implementation is that /msg and /notice trigger
auto_unmark_away, unless they were issued in silent mode (ie with a ^
prefix)

In reality, the behavior of auto_unmark_away could be easily handled by
a script, easily allowing the client to support both behaviors.

So, which is better? Changing the code to match the documentation,
changing the documentation to match the code, or removing
auto_unmark_away altogether, and including a script with the client to
provide the same function?

Any comments on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
