Ok, I've been hording this for a while, playing with it, and making it work
right. I've released in the newest build the SOSDG EPIC4 Config App.
This new app allows you to configure in a Windows GUI the basic features
like Nick, Server, Port, etc and save them. There is no loading function
yet, nor can it start epic directly, but I'm working on it :)

Source is NOT available just yet for the menu, but once I finish writing up
the license for it, I'll be releasing the code. Its not in C either.
Also, there is the direct possibility I can port this to Linux.

I've done a few other updates too - new beta installer build from PantaRay,
and the latest CVS source code from the main repository.
