What do you need to know? It's a window created using LiCe's win_new:
*** [LiCe] WIN_NEW //^WINDOW NEW ${@ ? strlen($1) ? [$*] : [NAME
$0] : []} HIDE;//^WINDOW SWAP LAST

Never seen it before, and I don't really know what triggered it. I just
swapped windows (using ^W), epic hung for two seconds or so, and died.
I run epic inside a screen and usually from an Xterm, btw, if that could
be related.
