A new version of EPIC4 1.2.0 (VMS Edition) is now available. This is
the first VMS edition of the 1.1/1.2 branch, and is expected become 2.0
with minimal changes when EPIC4-2.0 is released. Testing of this
version would therefore be particularly appreciated.
No further releases of the EPIC4-1.0.1 VMS branch will be made from now
on; the first stable release of the VMS versions will therefore be made
from a 2.0 PR.

This release includes the following changes from the previous release,
1.0.1 PR #5:
- Update to latest upstream EPIC beta version.
