kalau permanent seperti itu, gua gak bisa patok harga pasti..
pertama, tergantung mau cat dasar warna apa, kalau catnya mahal, yaa..harga naik :)
terus, tato'nya mau sebanyak apa? mau full merambat sampai neck? atau cuma di tempat tertentu.
harga kasar ya...mungkin sekitar 200 - 500rb. untuk biaya kerok, sanding, cat ulang, tatoo, dsb.. :) mudah2an nggak terlalu mahal yak... :p
