Also, there are other reasons that filtering services will block websites. My company has had one for a while that within the last few months seems to have gone on a rampage, blocking nearly every site I frequently visited as a "club". In the case of this particular filtering service, "club" is a catch-all description that includes news blogs and on-line comics.
