In very happy news, the Nintendo DS' games are not region locked. Thus,
unlike with my PS2, I did not need to mod it to be able to import games.
As such, I now have in my posession a used copy of SD Gundam G Generation
DS, courtesy of an eBayer in Hong Kong.
It only cost ~$51 canadian all said and done (go rising exchange rate!),
so really, not much more than a domestic NDS release.
From reading Gamefaqs it seems to have a pretty reasonable amount of
depth, and this is exactly the sort of game that is perfect in handheld
form. I gave it a quick run through one of the training missions and it's
nice and speedy, as well as looking decent. As nice as the graphics in Neo
and SEED looked, I think I prefer the quickness offered by G Gen F, and
now DS, which uses a similar level of graphical technology.
Here's hoping it takes longer to finish than SEED and Neo did :)
