But as you say, if the lights went out without warning there would be little recourse. It's not like we can even parse the mailing list archives to get the active posters, as the mail-archive.org site strips out email addresses. I think we should start a post that all of us add our name and e-mail addresses to in case this event ever comes to pass. I will add my name to start the post. Add your name to the list and then keep a copy of the final tally. Then we can get a hold of each other in the event of a catastrophe to reform.
