Which then you would check out the internet archive and see if there were any other earlier caches of that particular page. I'm not sure if the GML is up there but even if you clear it from the GML archive there is always the internet archive and other various archiving sites to worry about.

As they said earlier if you want to be anonymous you should of been so from the beginning. I doubt that this email of yours was only used for the GML.

hmm odd, i dont recall being the GML admin... lol i'll check up on that
for you w/the original admin.

Really? I'm sorry, I thought you were Ben haha. Who is the admin then?

the fact that you used your "real name" online previously might not be
reversable tho... (as i believe ive stated before possibly even to
you?)if you are unsecure of your real name online, you shouldn't
post/write anything online using it. thats the only true way to stay
"annonymous"(somewhat, wont be perfectly annonymnous tho as you can
probably still look part of it up via ip/etc).

I trust the list with my real name, though. And it's just email. But
with the archive and everything, now all of a sudden hundreds of my
writings available to the public have my name attached to them. :/

PS. if you post anything online w/your real name, you can pretty much
forget about it(nowdays), as the search engines almost always are able
to look them up(try it in google :p)

Yes, Google always has a cache of a page from a certain amount of time
ago. But within a few months to a year, it's usually gone. An example
of this is some website I saw a link to in the archive of a forum. The
website was originally about building computers, but the author was a
moron. The page was hacked shortly after the URL for it was posted. A
few posts later someone put up a link to Google's cache of the page.
But by now even the cache is the hacked page.
