About your wife, she has severe arthritis? How severe is it?

Unfortunately, they don't think much about things like that when they design them. My wife has genetic arthritis and there are allot of simple things like that which would make her life better also that no one has gotten around to.

A real shame for disabled folks like me who cannot lift their arms. I use a track-ball and the On-Screen Keyboard to type, BTW/FYI.

Of course, I could be wrong. How cool would it be to use the WII controller as the hilt of a beam saber and engage in some melee combat with some Zakus.

"WOULD"??? Dude Nintendo/Bandai/Namco might be idiotic, but they are
not STOOOPID! It's a guarantee that there will be a Gundam game with
a beam saber waving element within the first year of Wii's launch. I'd say a Star War game, a Gundam game and one of the weapon-weilding
fighter games will be a trio of no-brainers. How unlame they manage
to be remains to be seen.

On the angle of physical games, if the next gen hardware can devote
some brain power to input video processing, it won't be hard to make a
mecha game (boxing games for non-SF fans) out of the Eyetoy concept. Perhaps it will need dual cameras and some amount of setting up to work at home, but there should be some interest in a G Gundam game? Minus the nudity and uncomfortable GF suit, hopefully.
