[The face plate actually opens! The shoulder fins actually pops out! Wow! I guess the PET plastic is used for the very thin parts. Ignore the fist on the left hand though; it's from the old kit. The front comparison shows this new kit looks more like G-Gundam than F-91 in proportion]

Do you guys think the face plate doesn't look like the F-91?

I can yet connect the PET plastic, used for making soda bottles, with making models unless it's vacuform. But I'm perfectly happy that Bandai is using recyclable plastic for models (and it ensure returning customers~! :-).
