I can't verify how up-to-date it is though as I'm not in HK, but I'd expect it good enough. Also as far as I can tell these focus on toy/ anime collectables, and less in gunpla.

If you are into vintage anime good, you MUST find a Mandarake in Japan and spend a day there. And of course for its own sake go to Bandai museum.
