Lower leg is still short vs. lineart.  Powered GM HGUC: http://logic.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/~z044224/newsgate/attachment.php/3home/3comic.gundam/136389/1/hj08-8.jpg The proportion reminds me more of GM Cannon II than Powered GM; the lineart looks like a slim GM with parts add on but this looks more balanced/compromised, depends on your POV.
