I'm wondering about that last word...
It looks like we also have yet another acronym for Gundam - this time it has to do with the apparently unmanned nature of the lead mobile suit.
As for the plot...
Unaligned (all Earth and space nations contribute to it) organization that is devoted to the exploration of the outer solar system (Mars and beyond). Maybe they're planning on getting back to the Space Whale plot hook? Opposition will apparently be from a part of Blue Cosmos called 'Phantom Pain' that is composed of cells hidden within the Earth Alliance military forces and directed by high-up leadership. It appears that they're using modified versions of the three non-transformable prototypes stolen from Heliopolis with the usual emotionally screwed up pilots (at least two of them seem to be described as lacking essential human emotions?).
An unmanned Gundam is definitely different (assuming I translated that properly). Though I'm having a hard time figuring out why Blue Cosmos would be interested in harrassing a non-aligned scientific research mission in the outer solar system. I'm guessing that they couldn't think up anyone else as opposition.
