Adding to what shin says, that's the hardcover collected version of
Harutoshi Fukui's Turn A Gundam novelization. It was printed separately as 3
volumes a few years earlier by the same company, Gentosha, and before then,
it was originally published in 2 volumes by Kadokawa. Other than the title
change when it switched publishers, the contents are supposed to be the
same.
