A few caveats, though...
1.) Most of those are graphic novels. I can see graphic novels being created without an associated series, but the word novel by itself typically implies that the story is told through text. So are we talking graphic novel? Or are we talking text novel?
2.) I believe that there are a few text novels that don't have associated anime or manga, but those stories are in settings that already have lots of other anime or manga within the setting. This Unicorn thing looks different enough that my initial impression is that it's part of a completely new Gundam setting. I could easily be wrong, as I know nothing about it, but that's definitely the impression I'm getting from the image.

There are quite a few Gundam novels in existence that have no animation with
them... Ecole du Ciel, Hathaway's Flash, Gaia Gear, Gundam SEED Astray, etc.
Gaia Gear was completely new in and of itself, and that faired rather well I
think.
