Of course they do. Well, let me amend that; complex alien life
certainly exists. No telling as to whether or not it's actually
humanoid. But the universe is freakin' huge, so the odds that we're
the only life in the universe are close to nil. However, such beings
are probably very, very far away (quite possibly in another galaxy,
or even another cluster), and the chance that we'll ever encounter
them is probably also very small. But they're out there, you can be sure of it.
