They could call it "Gun-quater-sawn-white-oak" but that wouldn't flow
as well either. XD
That's not real wood though, it's painted plastic. You can see runs in
the paint on the back of the head, plus I'm a woodworker and that wood
is nothing I recognize. I thought it was oak at first but it's not.
What model is that, the 1/100 FG kit?
What I want to see is a custom shield finished with a chemically
tarnished and patinated metal leaf.
