Yes and no.  They aren't a full body transformation like the Zeta.  It is
more of a case of splitting apart into sub components.  Of these components
the arms and upper torso do the most actual transforming.  They already
modified the original MG F91 frame to incorporate the core fighter for the
Crossbone so I think they could do it with the Victory Gundam.

Hmm it's the first time I hear anything (positive or negative) about
the cape.  I'm more surprised it's trouble.  Cloth in scale model is
always tricky.

I love the concept of the cape because it really plays up the "Harlock"
angle.  It is cool, but difficult to attach using the hooks and "pose" after
it is hooked in.  I thought the cloth cape for the 1/100 EW Sandrock Custom
was handled better.  But then again the cape for the Crossbone is meant to
reflect beam weapons so it needs to be more shiny then the Sandrock's cloak.
