HLJ has Yzak's GOUF too, though no sign of Dearka's ZAKU. Were these
officially announced or is this the first heard of them?

If you look at the HGUC releases over at HobbySearch you will find a couple
of new SEED kits added. They also finally added the MG Turn A and RX-78
OYW
TV Colors kits.
