I finally got my MG Turn " Gundam kit. While I haven't had time to start building it yet, I have examined the contents of the box a lot. It comes with a 2007 Summer Gunpl" Special Edition mini magazine.
The magazine contains: 1. Beautiful 2 page painting of the Turn A Gundam and a flock of butterflies. 2. Kit Review - 2 pages with additional pics of the MG kit. They are of the kit as it comes straight out of the box. No panel-line marking, painting, etc. 3. The Design of Development - more line-art and CAD drawings of the torso 4. Commentary on Turn " Gundam by Harutoshi Fukui. Collage of the major players in the show. 5. Illustration Gallery - 4 different pictures * A picture of Kiel Heim or else Dianna disguised as Kiel * A collage of the Turn " Gundam, green Borjarnon, Gozzo, Kapool, Cannon Illefuto, and the Will Game * A black and white picture of Fran with her camera surrounded by shreds of paper floating in the air. * A picture of the Turn " Gundam 6. Gunpla Line-up - Pics of the original line-up of kits. I was surprised they showed the old 1/100 kit but didn't even mention the MG kit. 7. New MG kit advertisement - Pics of the Char's Zaku II, and Gelgoog, ver 2.0 kits. Lineart for the Destiny Gundam. 8. Advertisement for Gundam Origin where Amuro confronts the Black Tri-Stars and also what appears to be a Turn " comic. Manual Pretty much all of this is available at Hobby Search. I was disappointed that they appear to have abandoned the full size pictures of the front and back of the kit. The "Concept Design" was definitely handled by Katoki. One thing that I had overlooked in my earlier examination of the manual scans from Hobby Search is that the beam saber handles are connected to the arms by an add-on part. I had assumed that they were always connected. I'll let you know more as I begin construction...
