2 - Allelujah was involved in some sort of incident that apparently left him
marooned in a drifting shuttle. It's possible that he kept his real name in
the assumption that no one in the rest of the world would be able to connect it
to him anyway. And the name of his psychotic personality comes from the mental
discussions that his normal personality has while the psychotic personality is
in control. It's also possible that his psychotic personality adopted the
alternate spelling simply because it was available as an adaptation of the
assigned code name.

4 - There's been absolutely nothing so far on the background of Tieria. This
is actually somewhat odd, given the fact that we've had at least little bits of
information on the other characters and Tieria is the Gundam Meister that's
most obviously unusual (i.e. he dresses effeminately, and seems to be the
coldest of the group). I'm not sure whether or not the gold eyes mean
anything. When Hallelujah comes to the surface, the eye that's exposed is
shown as gold. And I *think* there's been an instance in which one of the
other characters had a similar thing happen (I'm not 100% on that), so the gold
eye may be more of a context thing than an indicator that Tieria is some form
of cyborg.

5 - I'm pretty confident that Setsuna is going to change, and that Marina is
going to help bring that about. The first opening seems to hint pretty
strongly that he gets something important from her. And there's a late night
scene between the two of them that you may or may not have seen yet that
suggests that Setsuna is starting to question some of his old assumptions. I
also suspect that Setsuna's association with Saji will help Setsuna break out
of his shell as well.

Villains - I think you forgot to mention Ali. I know I certainly wouldn't root
for him. At the very least, he's completely amoral. And it's possible that he
actively enjoys the havoc and mayhem that he causes.

2. If my theory about all of the CB members, or at least the ones
other than Wan and her assistants, is correct then it seems almost silly
that Alleluia would have an alternate personality called Halleluiah as
there is probably no correlation between those names and his real name.
Unless he is schizoid enough to actually believe that his codename is
his true identity just as Setsuna thinks being a Gundam Meister is his
only identity.

4. Tierea - In one of the episodes he comments on humanity as if
they are different then him. Since Allelujah hasn't had any reaction to
him we can definitively say he isn't an enhanced human like Soma. Has
there been any speculation that he is a cyborg or an android? That
would explain the yellow eyes, floating around inside Veda, etc.

5. Wing Comparisons - This is big enough to warrant its own
section. While I can see some parallels with Wing (Bishonen Gundam
Pilots, Female Pacifist Leader of a small country in love with the lead
protagonist, a small group of Uber-Powerful Gundams vs. the whole world,
a commitment towards pacifism/peace for the long term, etc.) I think
there are some powerful differences.

* Characters - I will definitely concede that at first glance
the Meisters seem like clones of Heero, Chang, and Trowa without the
lightheartedness of Quattro or Duo. That being said the Wing Pilots
never had to gun down their own parents... My question is will they
actually develop or will they stay unchanged all the way to the end.
Will Allelujah actually end up as a villain or deal with the split
personality and other damage caused by his genetic heritage instead of
just remaining in confusion? Will Setsuna be able to overcome the
ethnic divide/hatred between him and Marina? Unlike the sexually
ambivalent Heero, Setsuna actually has a reason to reject the main
heroine.

* Villains - I like the fact that other then the Thrones, there
are almost no clear cut "evil" villains in this series yet. With the
exception of Patrick, the other aces are not evil and people you can
actually root for in the same vein as Ranba Ral, Norris Packard, etc.
