What else would you have them do?  The only major design pool left is
G00.  I don't think the older series like V and Turn-A have enough
appeal to feed the MG line.  It's a pretty clear sign when Turn-A
Gundam and various F91 Gundams didn't get dance partners (e.g. Turn-X
and Vigna Ghina), that those lines won't get extended.  What's left is
v 2.0 for the most popular UC designs, next one might be ZZ, or GP-01?

Seed has absolutely pointed out the way forward.  The number of all
model kits and all MG kits must have long surpassed Wing/EW.  If it
continues, it will soon surpass even Z, to become no.2 in all time
success only topped by TOS.  If you are counting MG only, then it must
already be in the no.2 position?  Neither Z or W has nearly as many MG
kits.

So sooner or later MG will pick up on G00 and continuing in the
future, you can only hope for, at best, a trickle of MG from the old
UC series.

But will MG G00 really come out?  If by mid-year we still don't see
them, then is MG going to follow PG and go gently into the goodnight?
