Did anyone else get the impression from the small clip that Ali now has
a new suit. The small bit shows the HUD of the mobile suit sharing a
similar style to that of the thrones and the GN-X.

It's not just that they don't look similar, though. It's the very
apparent difference in skin-tone between the two brothers. That's not
the sort of think you typically see between siblings.

Both could explain why Johann was picked. As far as not looking the
same not all blood siblings look that similar so it doesn't mean they
didn't share the same parents. That being said I think they could've
been artificially created.
