I am not sure why people insist on that, as in episode 23, Exia was powered
down from Trans-AM mode pretty soon after Ali flee, so unless he can give Ali a
killing blow, he would be the one in trouble. I did ask the question in the
"updated" GN drive thread (guess everybody just ignore the spoiler nowadays :(
) as to whether he know of the operating limit, hence his reluctant to go after
Ali. You can say the same thing for Ali to talk trash to Setsuna almost all the
time they fight, as if he just kill him early on, he wouldn't even be in
trouble as Setsuna would be dead by the time Trans-AM become unlock - this is
all about plot device nowadays, not what make sense :)

If you look carefully, there are five setting at the dinner scene, but there
are only four people there - that should be the sign for the twin brother.
Besides, people have been going frame by frame from the Throne explosion, and
it's pretty safe to assume the Throne is trashed - whether Ali can come out in
one piece is another (probably will).

As for why Corner seems to want Solar Array failing - seems to be that he want
to control the world via the GN drive technology, so he want to expose the
world to the Solar Array "failures", so when he does pitch that to other
countries, people would readily accept it.

As for the meister's data not there - I don't have access to the sub version
yet (waiting for the better one that has HD), so I cannot be sure, but I
thought they were talking about how they were selected, among with the data for
Trans-AM. Trans-AM data were never there, and even Tieria doesn't know why
Setsuna is chosen as a Gundam Meister, and he has full access to Veda back then.

Tieria doesn't use Trial system anymore because Corner can cut it off at any
time, since they have full access to Veda - it would be dangerous for him to
try using it only to find out it doesn't work.

I had been working on this for a few days but Joseph beat me to it. Here are a
few of my random thoughts about the episode:

I wonder if Setsuna will ever forgive himself for not finishing off Ali
Al-Sarshes when he had the chance. There was no indication of the
Post-Trans-Am power loss when Ali started to flee so theoretically Setsuna
could’ve at least tried to take him out. As much as Tieria is blaming himself
for Lockon’s death I think there will be adequate amounts of guilt for Setsuna
to have his share.

Lockon – While it was interesting to see his childhood flashback I am curious
why there was no indication of his mysterious twin we saw at his graveyard
visit in the dinner scene but then before his death he mentions “Lyle”. I am
really curious where they will go with that plotline. Typical dramatic
structure would seem to require Ali Al-Sarshes to be held accountable for the
terrorist attack that killed Lockon’s family. Since Lockon failed to avenge
his parents I wonder if his twin will fulfill the task, or will Setsuna defeat
him for himself and for Lockon. Part of me wouldn’t be shocked if Lockon’s
twin miraculously came out of hiding to become the new Dynames pilot.

In the preview clip of Alejandro piloting what appears to be a Mobile Armor he
had something that looked like jewelry on his normal suit. For some reason it
just brought images of M’Quve, and his vase, to my mind.

As Joseph touched upon it seems that Corners may have it in for the Solar Array
which I have been predicting will come down by the end of the series for a
while now.

It is interesting that Aeolia Schoenberg erased the data on the Gundam Meisters
from Veda after Corners' betrayal. How did he know that the Meisters wouldn't
be the ones to end up betraying him? What good does it do to remove the info
since the Trinity siblings knew all of the dirt on the Ptolemais Meisters which
means Corners probably had the dirt on them as well?

Did Tieria lose access to the Trial System when Alejandro and Sumeragi cut them
off from Veda? I would think that he lost the ability but then what was the
point of it? It seems awfully important at the time. I have a feeling he may
find a way to tap into it with the new system and it might help against the
Jinxes.
