Perhaps you do not notice it, but your own mail to Kent (and some others)
is now consistently filled with ad hominem attacks. There is no
constructive purpose served by such content, yet you persist in including
it. Should you find yourself claiming that you are merely "responding" to
the offenses of others, I suggest you review your messages more carefully.
What is most notable is that this personal content is present even though
you include the open-rsc domain-policy mailing list and that list has
specific policies against ad hominem attacks. That you were one of the
authors of those policies merely compounds the problem.
If you want to discuss who has declared war on whom, then please consider
the nature and style of such content that you persist in including in your
own messages.

p.s. As to the "factual" truth about ORSC plans, one might debate slightly
whether the (actually closed) group of ORSC workers will get organized
sufficiently to write a proposal. However the content of the group's
mailing list leaves no room for doubt about its opposition to the other
proposal effort.
