Dave and all, I would like as the spokesman for INEGroup, as an stakehloder, as an Internet user, and as an officer in my company, that we reiterate what Dave Farber hs stating here. Back in November Esther Dyson and I had a short discussion regarding this very problem to which Dave refers. It as in respect to closed meetings via phone conference with the BWG and the ORSC. SHe assured me in that conversation that such CLOSED meetings would not take place again. It is evident, now, that these words rang hollow. It is indeed unfortunate and to the detriment of the ICANN "Initial" and Interim Board that they would conduct any meetings dealing with the sensitive and important aspects to the Stakeholder community and flaunting the NTIA's own guidelines put forth in the White Paper.
