Thank you for pointing that out, Richard.

So you can recommend a way that any person can obtain the entire Internic
Whois database?  I'd be very interested to know how this might be accomplished
since methods I might imagine other than purchase (which I have been told
repeatedly by NetSol is not possible), or FOIA (which I am led to believe is
ineffectual due to USGov's lack of rule-making on the subject), require
substantial legal assistance, either to sue USGov and establish precident or
to convince the courts not to incarcerate one for breaking-and-entering.

Perhaps I am missing something obvious?
