Jay and all,
FIrst off Jay, the IFWP list is NOT dead. It has been delayed, but is
up and running fine now.
Second, I made this same request of Esther in the very first E-Mail I
sent to her privately regarding the ICANN having it's own Mailing
list. Openness is not in their interest it seams.
Third, The ICANN('t) has so many time now denied or ignored the
requirements that is seems hardly likely that they will entertain your
reasonable request at this time.
