The Berkman folk developed the models just as straw ones for discussion.
They're absolutely not meant to exclude hybrids or anything else, for that
matter, though there was some hope they could represent points along a
spectrum of views.  The way we broke them out might help creating some
hybrids--one feature from column A, another from column B, etc.  I'd love
for you to post what you've got in mind, and hope that a lot of revisions
to all of the models--or just alternative models--will spring from our own
team as it digests the results of the Saturday workshop.  ...JZ
