mentality folk and wrote by laws such that ICANN can function like the
central office point of control for the internet as the CO controls things
in the telco world. While roberts ought to have known better its too bad
that no one ever told cochetti or sims that the internet as a stupid
network with the intelligence on all our desktops can have no central
office.
