On your questions:
a. How does the charter of the ORSC list differ from the IFWP list as you
see it? So long as the lists are roughly interchangeable when people post,
it would make them completely redundant if they both had the same civil
discourse rules.
b. Personally, I believe that the ICANN board meetings should be open. To
ask whether the IFWP list should make that "its" view is to ask whether
there's an "IFWP" that currently exists apart from being a title to an open
list. Is there consensus on that? ...JZ
