As of 23 December 1998, the decisions of the Board of Appeals of the Office
for Harmonisation of the Internal Market
(OHIM), which issues Community Trade Marks valid within the whole territory
of the EC, are available on the Internet free of
charge on the OHIM Web site at http://oami.eu.int/en/marque/decis.htm. The
decisions are available in one or more of the five OHIM working languages.
