I seem to recall Dr. Twomey giving an interview some months ago in which he stated that he and the Australian government had been responsible for bringing ICANN to heel on recognizing International law. Does anyone else recall this? Am I off base? Is it just that all Australians look alike to me? :-) Harold (Oh yes, I'm absolutely appalled at the notion that ICANN is going to run "outreach programs." I suppose a Universal Service fund, paid for by a tax on registration, cannot be far behind.)
