No, the government of Canadian is number one on
the sold out count (US dollars only please!). In
all seriousness, I am witnessing the slow creep of
ideas such as those included in the Digital Bill
of Rights into various governing representative's
legislation. It is happening. Slowly. And if I can
I will hasten this evolutionary process. It is one
of my intetions to secure elected office in the
future. Should I be successful - no easy task - I
will certainly pursue the concenrs I have evidenced
 here and elsewhere.

When we created the Digital Bill of Rights in 1995
there was a very cool, oceanic feeling to the process.
Contributions came in from all over the world from
both prominant and unknown citizens. An extremely
exciting time. It will take further time for the
message to extend itself to governments worldwide.
But I am hopeful and confidant that *all* of our
document will make it into general legal frameworks.
Maybe even the Bill itself will be enshrined, hopefully
on a global basis. Regardless the intent and spirit
of the Digital Bill of Rights is something for all
citizens of good conscience to work towards and
 strive to impliment.
