There is no such thing as DNS access management that can determine
whether or not the person using it is under 18. Even more to the
point, kids under 18 are just as capable as adults of going to a web
site and downloading a free copy of a browser, or getting a friend to
pass them a copy of the binary.
I think what we need to realize is that in the open access, open
source, open standards environment that we have created and fought so
hard to maintain, that we have basically enabled anyone who can read
(including those under 18) to be able to access everything in the
medium.
