It is the list upon which resides the BWG people and a few others.
Up until now, it had been mainly social, as far as I can tell. Apparently,
all open-rsc messages are being copied there, too. There is no
discussion going on there, and I'd suggest that everyone on
open-rsc prevent any potential problems by just removing that
list from the Cc line from now on.
