It is time, now, for the IFWP to begin the Wrap-up "meeting" towards founding a truely representative, accountable Internet regulatory organization. This mailing list will be the meeting venue and it's members will form the founding convention and probable future membership of this organization. Rough consensus appears to be our method of decision making with some form of majority ruke voting structure to fall back upon in the event particularly difficult decision making. Everything is in place for the process we began so long ago to simply commence, here and now and without further ado. Let us begin ... Would you mind greatly if I volunteered my services as the facilitator of this Wrap-up meeting? The role would be to assist the process and suggest positive ways through the inevitable and occaisional snags we will encounter. We would also have to deal fairly strongly with potentially disruptive activities so perhaps management of this list could be placed under our collective control. Comments?
