I agree, but that's not possible at present.

I disagree with going after anyone putting the string "porsche" in his 
domain name in the first place, but I really can not accept to use the 
DNS to sort this out.

You must go after them directly, but I do agree that NSI should assist
by enforcing their own ruiles (such as the requirement of
reacheability of the domain manager, response and resilience). I am
not clear on the details how one could do that.
