Frankly, I am surprised and amazed that NSI persists in maintaining this policy which pleases absolutely no one. As the rest of my statement (which you did not quote) made clear, I believe NSI should change its policy and get out of the policing business altogether (unless there is real competition in the TLD market, in which case NSI has a right to make whatever business decisions it likes).
