Probably. But, is there some way of forcing an oficial statement out
of the NTIA on this? 

I'm going to speak with Paul Scolese, Tom Bliley's aide on Internet
issues, tomorrow. I want to find out if there's finally a
publishable response to the Bliley letters of three months ago and
if Bliley has seen the Accreditation Guidelines. Maybe I ought to
put a little pressure on Scolese to talk with Becky Burr. It's about
time for another hearing at the Rayburn Building, don't you think?
And this time, Burr and Sims are going to say exactly what the chain
of authority is - or isn't - instead of mumbling.
