I strongly suggest that the workshop spend some serious time looking
for common values among all the relevent constituencies that need to
be considered. Without a set of common values, there will be little
or no progress on finding a membership scheme for IANN.
I commend the book by Rushworth Kidder, published in 1994, and titled
"Shared Values for a Troubled World:
Conversations with Men and Women of Conscience"
Perhaps you can induce Rushworth Kidder to join your workshop?
Best...\Stef
