Jeff - I do not plan on pursuing any legal action against you.  I was
merely answering William's question about Texas law.

As far as I'm concerned, you don't exist.  I won't be bothered getting
involved in whatever little reindeer games you are playing with the rest
of the freaks in my killfile.
