Hey fellow ISPs and whatnots, Actually, earth.com needs help. An old colleague of mine needs some support. You folks may recognize the name of Tony Sanders as the guy who started and ran the inet-access mailing list - or as one of the folks at BSDI from very early on - or a number of other things. Well, back in the stone age Tony registered the domain earth.com and used it for inet-access, as well as some other not-so-famous lists like ex-convex (we both used to work for Convex - more recently borged by HP). [ Can you say V-class? ;) ] Now some scumbag is trying to steal his domain. It sounds like a trivial legal case, but someone has to fight it. Can anyone offer some quality advice or, better yet, some legal help ala pro bono?
