I haven't seen them at Monterrey and they were not on the Barcelona
attendance list either. But NSI gave funding to ICANN directly, right?

So, please, can I get funding then from NSI to go to Singapore to bash
on the alleged DNSO.ORG draft?  Including the door fees, please?
