  Well if you don't think my possible answer was not valid, than I suggest
that you put your question directly to Don T.  Maybe he can answer your
question.  I can see many other reasons why they may have cut off
some whois information from free unfettered access.  I don't like it
much myself, but I do believe that it is their data, and they have the
right to do with is as they wish.  Besides, I have other ways to
get to this information, as you should or possibly do anyway.
